Youtube?!

Hello Peeps!!

I've been thinking about starting a Youtube channel for the longest time.  I don't know whether I really want to.  I'm taking a video production class in my high school.  I really enjoy it so far.  So it got me thinking of the Youtube idea.  

What do you think? Any tips I should know before doing this?  Suggestions of what to do it on like: vlogs, beauty, a bit of everything?  Anything would be great to know about this?  Tell me your thought of me doing this!! Leave a comment.

Here are the questions!

 

1) What's your favorite Christmas movie?

I love way too many Christmas movies to name but the one that comes to mind right now is ELF.  Haha it is so funny and just reminds me of me. 

 

2) Do you open your presents on Christmas Eve or Christmas morning?

I open mine Christmas morning, but this year I'm going on a trip to New Orleans for my gift this year with my family.  It's going to be a blast.  Can't wait. 

 

3) Do you have any Christmas memories?

One memory that really stands out to me is the one year I got my big girl bike.  Which I still use, I'm a pretty tall girl.  So the bike is still lasting. 

 

4) Favorite festive food?

I really enjoy mashed potatoes and green beans with gravy around this time. 

 

5) Favorite Christmas gift?

The bike I got and going to New Orleans this year. 

 

6)Favorite Christmas scent?

My favorite Christmas scent is probably pine cones and pine trees. 

 

7) Do you have any Christmas Eve traditions?

Yes, I usually go to my aunts house and then at midnight we go to church. 

 

8) What tops your tree?

Nothing this year, but we usually have an angel or a Santa hat. 

 

9) As a kid what was one crazy gift you asked for but never received?  

I can't think of any.  But probably a Barbie. 

 

10) What's the best part of Christmas for you? 

When my grandparents come over and we all have dinner together.

Charlie Brown

Hello Peeps!!

 

Charlie Brown has been around as long as my parents were born.  That's along time if you ask me.  I LOVE Charlie Brown, he is so funny.  I love the comics with him in it and I love the seasonal T.V. programs.

Christmas Nails!

Hello Peeps!!
 

I always see people having these cute designs on there fingers and I love them.  So I thought I would try to attempt to do some of these nails. 

You will need the following items.
1) Nail polish colors of your choice (I used Red, Blue, Green, white, and black)
2) toothpicks
3) clear top coat

1) For the Christmas Tree nails I first put white on my entire nail.  I use a toothpick to draw the outline of the tree how I want, then fill it in with the brush.  Next I used another toothpick with red on it and just tapped it on to make it look like the star of my Christmas tree.  Same goes for the ornaments.  But wait for every layer to dry first before applying the next layer.  When completely finished use a top coat to make it stay longer on the nail if needed. 

2) The Snowflake nail is the easiest out of all of them.  First apply blue of your choice all over the nail.  Take a toothpick and carefully draw an line horizontally, vertically, diagonally twice with white nail polish.  Then apply top coat. 

 

3) Last but not least the Santa buckle.  First, I used a red nail polish all over the nail.  Second, I used the same white toothpick I used from the begin to draw the lines vertical and at the tip of my nail.  The get the black on a toothpick and draw it in between the vertical line.  For the buckle I used the green nail polish I used from the tree and drew a box around where they intersected.  Then applied top coat.

And ignore all the mistakes I made on my nails.  I tried my best to not mess them up but oh well.  I'm not perfect.  I'm proud of myself for doing this.

Hello Peeps!!

My cat turned 5 on December 7th!! We only had him for just about 9 months. I am so grateful for him to be in my life. He is all of my world when I get home from school and work. He loves to cuddle and get all cozy on my lap. It's the cutest thing. He doesn't bite or scratch anyone. He is so calm and he loves baths. He is a very odd cat but I'm happy we got him outta the SPCA when we did. I am so allergic to cats but I adopted to him.

TV Shows

Hello Peeps!!

 

I barely watch anymore on tv now but when I do it's nothing exciting.  I will usually watch the news the most to see the weather and latest drama in the community.  I watch ABC Family, cooking shows, and bridezilla things. 

Switched at Birth- Oh. My. Gosh.  It is a phenomenal show with the sign language in it and the characters.  Sean Berdy is so hot.  I wish I were Bay in the show.  Marlee Matlin makes the show stand out a bit.  In my opinion.  I like how everybody is learning to sign on the show.  It's so much easier for us Deaf people to understand them.  Hearing people unless you know sign language you need to read the words at the bottom of the screen.  It's easier for you to understand what is going on in the story. 

Melissa and Joey, The Middle, Baby Daddy, and Modern Family- Funny is a great word to use here.  If you like comedy shows and things that will make you laugh this is the show for you.  It is about one big family, getting along.

Chopped- Is a cooking show about 4 chefs wanting to win 10,000 dollars for whatever reason they want it for.  It is serious and interesting to see what people come up with.  It is on whenever it doesn't have a schedule. 

Say Yes to the Dress- Its about women getting married and what dress that wish to get married in.  Sometimes its funny, serious, and interesting to hear what there story is with this special someone.  It is usually on, on Friday.

Ghost Adventures- COOLEST SHOW EVER! I love Zak, Nick, and Aaron.  I wish to be on one of their episodes.  They fascinate me so much.  I play with my thermo camera on my IPad so much. 

Gator Boys- This is about Gators and wrestling with them.  I love animal plant and almost everything that is on it.  It interest me so much because I want to go visit them in Florida sometime. 

Impractical Jokers- Such a funny show and highly inappropriate for kids 11 and under.  They make each other do things they normally wouldn't do to make people uncomfortable or just be flat out weird and see people reactions.

Bucket List!

Hello Peeps!!

Bucket List, (things I want to do before I die) I have a lot of things I want to do.  I will be taking all of you with me everywhere I go, I will write a blog post about them and what I did to achieve this goal. 

Here are just 10 I want to do for right now:

1. I want to visit all 50 states
2. Start my own business
3. go on a ghost adventure specifically with Zak, Nick, and Aaron on the TV show Ghost Adventures (probably never going to happen with them but I still I want to)
4. Jump out of a airplane
5. bungi jump off a bridge
6. learn to surf
7. go to other countries
8. run a marathon
9. go canoeing/kayaking
10. build a tree house/live in a tree house

Those are just some things I want to do.  What is on list to do?  It can be anything from a basic chore in your house to something fun like what I have.  Tell me in the comments below.  I think these are a good idea because it sets goals and helps maintain stress.

Here are the top five things I like to do in the snow.  Even though I don't do most of these things anymore, because I am no longer a child but when I do I love it.

 

1) Build a Snowman.

 

2) Make Snow Angels

 

3) go sledding

 

4) shoveling the driveway when I get day off school

 

5) Snowball fight

NYC!!

HELLO PEEPS!!

 

Very exciting post for me, because I went to NYC and saw Times Square and my first Topshop shop and M.A.C. store. 

Ok here is me before NYC.

I saw a lot of Yellow Taxi's and Madison Square Garden!!

I saw SpongeBob.  haha.

SAW MY VERY FIRST MAC STORE!! I was SO EXCITED!! But I couldn't buy anything, too expensive for me. 

I SAW MY VERY FIRST TOPSHOP!! I bought some necklaces from them.  It was a pack of 5 necklaces.  I love them so much. 

 

I saw the 2015 ball for next year so excited.  I hope to go back in Summer when it is warmer out. 

 

My mom and I also went to Baked By Melissa, the cupcakes are so good and so adorable.  They are so small and cute. Today is the first day of blogmas so hope you enjoy. I'm posting everyday but on the weekends. Just letting you know.

Thanksgiving!!

Hello Peeps!!

 

I love Peppermint Patty. 

My Thanksgiving always consists of family gathering and a ton of food.  This time around I went to my Uncle's house in New Jersey for Thanksgiving instead of making our own dinner like every year.  I might make you hungry so if I do then before going any farther I suggest you get a snack and some water.  Ok I'm going to talk about my favorite food on Thanksgiving...

1. Ok first and most important is the turkey my aunt and cousin made, OMG it was so good. 
2. We had mashed potatoes that were hand smashed by my uncle.  And the gravy so delicious. 
3. Green bean casserole!!!
4. I loved my uncle's Brussel sprouts, I don't know what he did to them but they were so damn good. 
5. I'm not a big fan of Stuffing but I tried it and I kind of liked it.  It looks like a big bowl of throw up to me. 

Now for dessert...

• we had Apple Pie (my favorite kind of PIE!!)
• Pumpkin pie, it was alright I don't really care for pumpkin pie
• pecan pie that my cousin made was so GOOD and HOMEMADE!!! :) :)

Top 5 things to do in Fall

 Here are the top five things I like to do in the fall. 

Something's like: 
 

1) change my wardrobe- for a more appropriate feeling, to be in colder weather

 

2) jumping in leaves- I had so much fun as a kid doing this

 

3) carving pumpkins- for Halloween then after Halloween is over I smash the pumpkins in the road for more fun

 

4) Thanksgiving- gathering the family around the table to enjoy a good meal and just being Thankful we live in the United States

 

5) Cozy/Snuggling- by the fire place and just keep warm as winter is coming just around the corner

Top 10 Products I Can't Live with Out

I've been tagged to do the Top 10 Products I Can't Live Without!!  I've been tagged by the lovely Jenny and her blog is Origin of Style.  I'm so pumped for this post.  (not in any order)

1) I cannot live without some sort of mascara; some of the ones I use right now are these:

2) I always have this hair product on hand and always purchase one ahead of time before I run out.  It is my AUSSIE hair mousse. 

3) I LOVE wearing my berry-dark color lip sticks or baby lips. 

4) The Multi-task Brush from Technique Brushes is a must for my bronzer, blush and face powder. 

5) For my brow, I have two things I like: first, the gel from the E.L.F. and second, the lash/brow setting gel. 

6) I've been in love with the Benefits They're Real push up eye liner, so good!

 

7) I cannot live without concealer in my life because with all these zits and blemishes on my face - not good for any guy to see. 

8) Deodorant:  I gotta smell good, and this deodorant lasts almost all day. 

9) Perfume:  Curve Crush is a good "every season" perfume - I love it.  I've gone through 3 or 4 bottles and still love it.  It's been for the last 5 or 6 years. 

10) Primer for face, the Almay face primer works wonders on my skin and I would recommend it to everyone.
